My Life (Or Lack Thereof) I live in the small, yet quaint, town of Salem, Illinois, the home of the G.I. Bill of Rights, William Jennings Bryan, and Miracle Whip.



I go to school at Salem Community High School and participate in Drama, Odyssey of the Mind, Peer Helpers (a community/student service organization), National Honor Society, Math Team, and Scholar Bowl.

In Drama, I've acted in Taste of the Theatre, a compilation of skits; Up the Down Staircase; Harvey; and Who Am I This Time?.

Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving competition. Our Odyssey of the Mind team competed in the World Finals at Walt Disney World in 1998. We finished 31st out of 51 teams, which is actually pretty good for a first year team, but the trip to Walt Disney World made up for it!

My Scholar Bowl team is undefeated right now, and we're going to some national competition in Washington, D.C. Here's our team's record:
